[I may take time later to find the scriptures and flesh this post out, but I saw this video and so want to make a quick post.]
Jesus spoke against mammon.
You cannot serve God and mammon.
It is important to take the Words of Jesus and match them with what is happening in the world today.
The progressives | atheists | communists | globalists | satanists would like to relegate Jesus to the past, to a myth of history, to fables from the Middle Ages.
The things Jesus said were and are ever fresh, ever relevant. It just takes a little bit of correlating to correlate what Jesus said to how the vocabulary is used today.
The forces Jesus talked about, the principles Jesus taught, the morals Jesus put forth…all of those things are as fresh and relevant as the law of gravity or 2 + 2 = 4.
I know that recently the progressives tried to even change arithmetic, by saying that 2 + 2 = 5, but any kindergartner with a pile of blocks can prove that 2 blocks + 2 blocks = 4 blocks.
The progressives try to change everything, the meaning of language, the meaning of marriage, of family, of sexuality, of who can be a woman, who can be a man, and who can be a mother or “birthing person“. It is evil. It is from the father of lies who lies. God created male and female. That’s it.
Why is that done? Propaganda relies heavily on the confusion of the mind, the lie put forth forcefully, and insistently, and consistently. Notice how the mainstream media marches in sync with the same lie.
One of Hitler’s propagandists said that if you put forth a lie big enough, no one will suspect it of being a lie.
The frustration of continually dealing with lies and misinformation is that it can cause common sense people to simply exit the battle and let the progressives win because common sense people get tired of dealing with obvious lies. But common sense people should never get so tired that they do not continue to resist, at least at the ballot box. And there are those common sense people who will go on to do more such as run for a school board, a city council, or perhaps another office, or at least show up at the meetings. People are called to different levels of responsibility.
On that topic, briefly, perhaps you are called simply to share information with others. If so, do it.
Back to the topic of vocabulary and changing vocabulary, to the topic of serving God, and not serving mammon.
Jesus taught to seek first the kingdom of God, to lay up treasures in heaven, to give, to tithe (these ye ought to have done and not to left the others undone). He taught that in God’s kingdom there is a certain way of getting needs met and prospering, and that it was NOT by serving mammon.
Mammon is a system that puts gold, or money, first, at the cost of lives, blood, wars, famines or anything else. No price of human suffering is to high to pay for the person who serves mammon for money and power. Even satan tempted Jesus, telling him, if thou wilt fall down and serve me, all will be thine. And those people who listen to satan today and use his tactics…murder, lie, deceit…may have some temporary money or power, but at the ultimate price of their souls if they do not repent. What does it profit a man if he gain the whole world and lose his own soul, or what will a man give in exchange for his soul?
With that all said, here is information on how mammon works today.
