I personally don’t have a TV, but entertainment is so pervasive that even so, bits and pieces of what is on TV floats through. I understand that there is or has been a show where the participants are asked, “Is that your final answer?”

I read this article today and I wept. It was as if I was reading it in the future, and also in the past. In the future, it was if a historian was looking back in time asking how they could be so foolish, but in the past as to, where have I seen this before?

I saw it before, with the Babylonian invasion of Jerusalem. The false prophets had been saying over and over that Israel would prevail against Babylon. Jeremiah was the one lone voice who said otherwise.  Jeremiah said that Israel would fall.

At the end of the day, Jeremiah prevailed. The king was captured. And it seems that the events going on in Ukraine are mimicking that in some measure.

II Kings 25:1 And it came to pass in the ninth year of his reign, in the tenth month, in the tenth day of the month, that Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon came, he, and all his host, against Jerusalem, and pitched against it; and they built forts against it round about.

2 And the city was besieged unto the eleventh year of king Zedekiah.

3 And on the ninth day of the fourth month the famine prevailed in the city, and there was no bread for the people of the land.

4 And the city was broken up, and all the men of war fled by night by the way of the gate between two walls, which is by the king’s garden: (now the Chaldees were against the city round about:) and the king went the way toward the plain.

5 And the army of the Chaldees pursued after the king, and overtook him in the plains of Jericho: and all his army were scattered from him.

6 So they took the king, and brought him up to the king of Babylon to Riblah; and they gave judgment upon him.

The final answer is that Russia is and will prevail.   There is a prophetic word that while Russia spread errors to the world, in the end, Russia will help usher in an era of peace.  That goes contrary to prophecies in some protestant/evangelical denominations, I understand that, but Russia will prevail and the effort of the United States to prolong this war makes the United States a party  to murdering Ukrainians, destroying economies, and a party to bringing the world to the edge of World War III.  It is a proxy war that feeds the military industrial complex President Eisenhower warned about as he left office.  It is also an attempt to hide the crimes of politicians, and those in the shadows, who have used Ukraine as their political corruption playground.

The final answer is that the war should end immediately and the criminals and those who have used Ukrainians to line their own pockets need to be placed in some kind of international criminal tribunal.

I’m a American citizen, but evil is evil, and evil done by United States illegal occupiers-in-office does not make it “okay” simply because they illegally occupy an office in this nation and operate through it.
