Bible Questions
What’s Wrong With Lukewarm?
Revelation 3:14 And unto the angel of the church of the Laodiceans write; These things saith the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of the creation of God;
15 I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot.
16 So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth.
17 Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked:
18 I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, that thou mayest see.
19 As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent.’
So what’s wrong with lukewarm?
It’s not that definite. Do you generally hear someone say, Wow, that’s lukewarm?
If something is cold, you know it.
If something is hot, you know it.
Lukewarm is not particularly unique in any way.
It is not a straight “yes” or “no”. There is a mixture.
Here are some meanings of “lukewarm” from The Compact Edition of the Oxford English Dictionary.
- Moderately warm, tepid.
- Of persons, their actions, attributes, etc.;
- Having little warmth or depth of feeling, lacking zeal, enthusiasm or ardour, indifferent
- The lukewarmness with which we allow His Graces and Mercies to pass by us.
Here are some older meanings of spew.
- To cast out (or up) to eject or reject, with abhorrence, contempt, or loathing.
- Heaven would naturally spew out, and eject a wicked Person
A person with lukewarm energy doesn’t really get the job done. The energy simply isn’t there to get a project across the finish line.

Look Up
You will not find yourself by looking downward, thinking that you came from a beast evolved from slime.
Your true history is found in knowing that God created Man.
Then Man, the First Adam, fell in the garden of Eden.
Jesus, the Last Adam, came and made a way of escape.
The way of escape is by looking up to Jesus.
Hebrews 12:2 Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.
Isaiah 60:1 Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of the Lord is risen upon thee.
2 For, behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and gross darkness the people: but the Lord shall arise upon thee, and his glory shall be seen upon thee.
3 And the Gentiles shall come to thy light, and kings to the brightness of thy rising.

The River of Life
The life of God flows like a river.
Revelation 22:1 And he shewed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb.
Ezekiel was shown a river.
Ezekiel 47:1 Afterward he brought me again unto the door of the house; and, behold, waters issued out from under the threshold of the house eastward: for the forefront of the house stood toward the east, and the waters came down from under from the right side of the house, at the south side of the altar.
2 Then brought he me out of the way of the gate northward, and led me about the way without unto the utter gate by the way that looketh eastward; and, behold, there ran out waters on the right side.
3 And when the man that had the line in his hand went forth eastward, he measured a thousand cubits, and he brought me through the waters; the waters were to the ankles.
4 Again he measured a thousand, and brought me through the waters; the waters were to the knees. Again he measured a thousand, and brought me through; the waters were to the loins.
5 Afterward he measured a thousand; and it was a river that I could not pass over: for the waters were risen, waters to swim in, a river that could not be passed over.
6 And he said unto me, Son of man, hast thou seen this? Then he brought me, and caused me to return to the brink of the river.
What causes a river to stop flowing?
It is a blockage of some kind. And the blockage creates a backup of water, which eventually stagnates.
We are created in the image of God.
We are meant to flow in our purpose.
When we individual flow in that unique purpose, whatever that is, different for everyone, that is when the river of life flows.
Provision is in flow, not in stagnation.
Reality is flowing in the river of life.
If things get stuck, it is good to see if there needs to be some sort of giving to break through the blockage to get the river flowing. If we need God’s wisdom on that, we can ask for it.
James 1:5 If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.
The little boy had the loaves and fishes multiplied after he gave them to Jesus. What would have happened if he did not give?
Proverbs 11:24 There is that scattereth, and yet increaseth; and there is that withholdeth more than is meet, but it tendeth to poverty.
25 The liberal soul shall be made fat: and he that watereth shall be watered also himself.

Faith is Substance
Hebrews 11:1 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.
This post will discuss faith in the light of creationism.
It is really time for the knowledge of creationism to become widespread. There are many scientists in many disciplines that know the truth of creationism.
The fact that the world acts like there is no God does not make it so. The fact that the world spews forth evolution as a reality does not make it so.
You can say that the sky is green and that the grass is blue but that does not make it so.
You can say that a fish walks and talks, but that does not make it so.
You can say a man can have a baby but that does not make it so.
Woke words are not words of reality.
Reality is reality. It is reality scientifically. It is reality Biblically. There is one reality.
God is One. All facts of history and science and reality and truth all are confirmed in the knowledge of God. If something does not make sense, the problem is on the side of man, not on the side of God.
A philosophy that destroys the world that God created is not from God. A philosophy that destroys the underpinnings of the knowledge of God is not from God.
Evolution is impossible. An amateur with even the most elemental knowledge of science can point out the problems in the lie of evolution. How much more can an expert show the truth. Let the experts come forth.
And since evolution is impossible, then the Biblical account of history is true.
Genesis 1:27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them
This is the reality of the earth.
There is alternative narrative, a 1984 narrative, a woke narrative, that those who do not believe in the Lord Jesus Christ are trying to create as they attempt to “imagine” or “dream” the world in their own image for their own power and profit. For it is only as they destroy what is, that they can hope to pick up the spoils of war that remain for themselves.
What is the answer?
Faith.
But faith is not merely belief.
James 2:17 Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone.
18 Yea, a man may say, Thou hast faith, and I have works: shew me thy faith without thy works, and I will shew thee my faith by my works.
19 Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble.
20 But wilt thou know, O vain man, that faith without works is dead?
Paul refers to the body of Christ. This is not merely imagery. It is a living entity consisting of all believers in the Lord Jesus Christ, the church at large, not any one particular denomination.
The health of the body depends on each member of the body individually doing exactly what the Lord commands each member of the body to do when the Lord commands it to happen.
If the body needs to eat, but it takes a month for the food to be put into the mouth and digest, the body can die by the time the food reaches it.
Proverbs 12:15 The slothful hideth his hand in his bosom; it grieveth him to bring it again to his mouth.
The slothful man is like the man with one talent who hides it and does not use it.
The Lord needs the talents of every member functioning fully in the place where God has placed every member, at the time when the Lord commands that talent to be used.
If that happens, think of a sphere, that every place where a person functions is symbolized by a light turns on on that sphere and the sphere gains strength, power, and light as more and more lights appear. And that sphere gains enough strength and velocity to become a wrecking ball that crashes into secularism, atheism, and globalism and destroys it.
Daniel 2:44 And in the days of these kings shall the God of heaven set up a kingdom, which shall never be destroyed: and the kingdom shall not be left to other people, but it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand for ever.
Faith is substance.
When faith is activated, there is outward movement, that becomes force, that changes the natural realm.
When the full body of Christ operates in active faith, each in their position, each obedient to the Lord, each synchronized with the timing of the Lord, that collective faith becomes a collective wrecking ball that smashes the culture of this world.
The Bible warns us against the world, the flesh, and the devil.
One of the ways of the world that permeates the culture that we may not even think about is individualism. “It’s all about me.” “The selfie generation.”
But the Bible does not teach us to live for self alone. It teaches us to live for Christ, to find our place within the greater body of Christ.
This world is not our home.
It is a testing ground. Will we obey or not? Will we believe and bow the knee to Christ or not? And that determines what happens after death.
We will bow the knee before or after death.
Romans 14:11 For it is written, As I live, saith the Lord, every knee shall bow to me, and every tongue shall confess to God.
12 So then every one of us shall give account of himself to God.
We can do this in this life and be blessed; or ignore, resist, rebel and bow the knee at the judgement, but then all that is left is hell because after death it is too late to receive the redemptive work of Christ.
God does not send anyone to hell.
Each man sends himself to hell by refusing the Lordship of Jesus Christ.
The default destination for every person on the earth is hell, as we are born in sin and iniquity due to the Fall and that has been passed on generation after generation.
Jesus died and made a way of escape.
If you don’t take that way of escape, that’s on you, not on Jesus. Jesus has already done his part.
It is up to you to accept it and follow Jesus.
So the above is about the faith of the individual. The faith of the body of Christ at large, when it functions as one living whole, each person in his place, becomes a living force.
We can’t say, I don’t like my part…that other part looks more fun or glamorous.
- What if the angel that was to bring the ram that Abraham needed to sacrifice instead of his son Isaac didn’t show up on time?
- What if the star that led the Wise Men to the child Jesus didn’t want to shine that day?
- What if the trumpeters when they walked around Jericho failed to get their trumpets shined and in order in order to blow the sound that brought down the walls of Jericho?
- What if Moses’s mother did not make the basket of reeds and send Moses out to get rescued by Pharoah’s daughter? What then?
- What if the little boy had not brought the loaves and fishes? What if he had not given them?
- What if David didn’t take the cheese and loaves to his brothers that day and ended up slaying Goliath?
Each part is unique, each part is different, each part is important.
We can’t judge the importance of our actions. Something that may seem very insignificant to us may have huge significance in the eyes of God.
Isaiah 55:8 For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the Lord.
9 For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.
The world keeps trying to get us to look to “the one” or to strive to be “the one”. Children are taught to have a sports or Hollywood idol. When someone says the correct “woke” words, that person is idolized in the press. Greta Thunberg comes to mind as the posterchild for green energy. Another example that comes to mind is “I am science Fauci“. There are many examples that could be used and if society does not say the politically correct words and uphold the current idol of wokeness, that person, business, group, or church, is demonized, cancelled, and deplatformed.
This is more than an intellectual discussion. This is a reality that must be dealt with at all levels.
The body of Christ, growing into the fullness of faith, each with its own individual task given by the Lord Himself who ultimately is the coordinator behind the final result, must work together in unity, to become that wrecking ball, full of the power of faith, which outworks into multiple actions and activities and prayers, and which smashes the globalist vision of a world under the lordship of satan.
Because the battle that began in the garden, satan deceiving Adam and Eve, taking the keys of authority…Jesus won back those keys of authority at the cross. Jesus did much more than that as well, he provided salvation for all mankind through his blood.
Along with paying the price for the salvation of mankind (which must be individually received), Jesus, among other objectives, won back the keys at the cross.
Jesus gave the authority to the church.
We cannot be like those at Uvalde. Those with designated authority stood by and let the gunman gun down children and teachers.
They were waiting for someone with authority to tell them that they had the authority to do something.
But they already had the training. They already had the authority. They simply needed to use it.
They may have lacked courage, but they had authority.

A Question of Covenant
The Old Testament is called the Old Covenant.
The New Testament is called the New Covenant. It was brought into effect through the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
Hebrews 9:15 And for this cause he is the mediator of the new testament, that by means of death, for the redemption of the transgressions that were under the first testament, they which are called might receive the promise of eternal inheritance.
16 For where a testament is, there must also of necessity be the death of the testator.
17 For a testament is of force after men are dead: otherwise it is of no strength at all while the testator liveth.
18 Whereupon neither the first testament was dedicated without blood.
When the United States started, there were covenants made with God among the various New England colonies. Those colonies which were populated, at that time, by Christians. You will notice that these places, colonies that became states, now have some of the worst problems. Why is that?
Leviticus 26:13 I am the Lord your God, which brought you forth out of the land of Egypt, that ye should not be their bondmen; and I have broken the bands of your yoke, and made you go upright.
14 But if ye will not hearken unto me, and will not do all these commandments;
15 And if ye shall despise my statutes, or if your soul abhor my judgments, so that ye will not do all my commandments, but that ye break my covenant:
16 I also will do this unto you; I will even appoint over you terror, consumption, and the burning ague, that shall consume the eyes, and cause sorrow of heart: and ye shall sow your seed in vain, for your enemies shall eat it.
17 And I will set my face against you, and ye shall be slain before your enemies: they that hate you shall reign over you; and ye shall flee when none pursueth you.
18 And if ye will not yet for all this hearken unto me, then I will punish you seven times more for your sins.
19 And I will break the pride of your power; and I will make your heaven as iron, and your earth as brass:
20 And your strength shall be spent in vain: for your land shall not yield her increase, neither shall the trees of the land yield their fruits.
21 And if ye walk contrary unto me, and will not hearken unto me; I will bring seven times more plagues upon you according to your sins.
22 I will also send wild beasts among you, which shall rob you of your children, and destroy your cattle, and make you few in number; and your high ways shall be desolate.
23 And if ye will not be reformed by me by these things, but will walk contrary unto me;
24 Then will I also walk contrary unto you, and will punish you yet seven times for your sins.
25 And I will bring a sword upon you, that shall avenge the quarrel of my covenant: and when ye are gathered together within your cities, I will send the pestilence among you; and ye shall be delivered into the hand of the enemy.
26 And when I have broken the staff of your bread, ten women shall bake your bread in one oven, and they shall deliver you your bread again by weight: and ye shall eat, and not be satisfied.
27 And if ye will not for all this hearken unto me, but walk contrary unto me;
28 Then I will walk contrary unto you also in fury; and I, even I, will chastise you seven times for your sins.
29 And ye shall eat the flesh of your sons, and the flesh of your daughters shall ye eat.
30 And I will destroy your high places, and cut down your images, and cast your carcases upon the carcases of your idols, and my soul shall abhor you.
31 And I will make your cities waste, and bring your sanctuaries unto desolation, and I will not smell the savour of your sweet odours.
32 And I will bring the land into desolation: and your enemies which dwell therein shall be astonished at it.
33 And I will scatter you among the heathen, and will draw out a sword after you: and your land shall be desolate, and your cities waste.
34 Then shall the land enjoy her sabbaths, as long as it lieth desolate, and ye be in your enemies’ land; even then shall the land rest, and enjoy her sabbaths.
35 As long as it lieth desolate it shall rest; because it did not rest in your sabbaths, when ye dwelt upon it.
36 And upon them that are left alive of you I will send a faintness into their hearts in the lands of their enemies; and the sound of a shaken leaf shall chase them; and they shall flee, as fleeing from a sword; and they shall fall when none pursueth.
37 And they shall fall one upon another, as it were before a sword, when none pursueth: and ye shall have no power to stand before your enemies.
38 And ye shall perish among the heathen, and the land of your enemies shall eat you up.
39 And they that are left of you shall pine away in their iniquity in your enemies’ lands; and also in the iniquities of their fathers shall they pine away with them.
40 If they shall confess their iniquity, and the iniquity of their fathers, with their trespass which they trespassed against me, and that also they have walked contrary unto me;
41 And that I also have walked contrary unto them, and have brought them into the land of their enemies; if then their uncircumcised hearts be humbled, and they then accept of the punishment of their iniquity:
42 Then will I remember my covenant with Jacob, and also my covenant with Isaac, and also my covenant with Abraham will I remember; and I will remember the land.
43 The land also shall be left of them, and shall enjoy her sabbaths, while she lieth desolate without them: and they shall accept of the punishment of their iniquity: because, even because they despised my judgments, and because their soul abhorred my statutes.
44 And yet for all that, when they be in the land of their enemies, I will not cast them away, neither will I abhor them, to destroy them utterly, and to break my covenant with them: for I am the Lord their God.
45 But I will for their sakes remember the covenant of their ancestors, whom I brought forth out of the land of Egypt in the sight of the heathen, that I might be their God: I am the Lord.
46 These are the statutes and judgments and laws, which the Lord made between him and the children of Israel in mount Sinai by the hand of Moses.
You say, well, that was the nation of Israel in the Old Testament.
Galatians 3:7 Know ye therefore that they which are of faith, the same are the children of Abraham.
Benjamin Franklin, who was among the Founding Fathers, was raised in a Christian home, spent some time as a deist, and returned back to the “pure Christian doctrine“. He was one of those who suggested the image of the parting of the Red Sea for The Great Seal of the United States. It was Benjamin Franklin who called for prayer at the Constitutional Convention.
There was a recognition of the early struggles of this nation paralleled the deliverance of Israel from Egypt.
Here is an article of the role of the Christian faith in the early history of the United States.
The question to be considered is the relationship of the New Covenant of Jesus Christ in regards to nations.
Jesus brought the New Covenant. It must be individually chosen.
Where does that leave nations?
One day, there will be the nations of them that are saved.
Revelation 21:24 And the nations of them which are saved shall walk in the light of it: and the kings of the earth do bring their glory and honour into it.
Micah 4:4 But in the last days it shall come to pass, that the mountain of the house of the Lord shall be established in the top of the mountains, and it shall be exalted above the hills; and people shall flow unto it.
2 And many nations shall come, and say, Come, and let us go up to the mountain of the Lord, and to the house of the God of Jacob; and he will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths: for the law shall go forth of Zion, and the word of the Lord from Jerusalem.
3 And he shall judge among many people, and rebuke strong nations afar off; and they shall beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruninghooks: nation shall not lift up a sword against nation, neither shall they learn war any more.
4 But they shall sit every man under his vine and under his fig tree; and none shall make them afraid: for the mouth of the Lord of hosts hath spoken it.
5 For all people will walk every one in the name of his god, and we will walk in the name of the Lord our God for ever and ever.
6 In that day, saith the Lord, will I assemble her that halteth, and I will gather her that is driven out, and her that I have afflicted;
7 And I will make her that halted a remnant, and her that was cast far off a strong nation: and the Lord shall reign over them in mount Zion from henceforth, even for ever.
Jeremiah 31:31 Behold, the days come, saith the Lord, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah:
32 Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt; which my covenant they brake, although I was an husband unto them, saith the Lord:
33 But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the Lord, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people.
34 And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the Lord: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the Lord: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more.
35 Thus saith the Lord, which giveth the sun for a light by day, and the ordinances of the moon and of the stars for a light by night, which divideth the sea when the waves thereof roar; The Lord of hosts is his name:
36 If those ordinances depart from before me, saith the Lord, then the seed of Israel also shall cease from being a nation before me for ever.
37 Thus saith the Lord; If heaven above can be measured, and the foundations of the earth searched out beneath, I will also cast off all the seed of Israel for all that they have done, saith the Lord.
Hebrews 8:5 Who serve unto the example and shadow of heavenly things, as Moses was admonished of God when he was about to make the tabernacle: for, See, saith he, that thou make all things according to the pattern shewed to thee in the mount.
6 But now hath he obtained a more excellent ministry, by how much also he is the mediator of a better covenant, which was established upon better promises.
7 For if that first covenant had been faultless, then should no place have been sought for the second.
8 For finding fault with them, he saith, Behold, the days come, saith the Lord, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah:
9 Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day when I took them by the hand to lead them out of the land of Egypt; because they continued not in my covenant, and I regarded them not, saith the Lord.
10 For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, saith the Lord; I will put my laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts: and I will be to them a God, and they shall be to me a people:
11 And they shall not teach every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the Lord: for all shall know me, from the least to the greatest.
12 For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their iniquities will I remember no more.
13 In that he saith, A new covenant, he hath made the first old. Now that which decayeth and waxeth old is ready to vanish away.
Hebrews 8:13 In that he saith, A new covenant, he hath made the first old. Now that which decayeth and waxeth old is ready to vanish away.
This was written after the cross…ready to vanish away.
It seems there is a process…is this connected with the nations?
In the above scriptures, it states, that all will know Me.
What happens to everyone else?
Matthew 25:25 Then shall the kingdom of heaven be likened unto ten virgins, which took their lamps, and went forth to meet the bridegroom.
2 And five of them were wise, and five were foolish.
3 They that were foolish took their lamps, and took no oil with them:
4 But the wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps.
5 While the bridegroom tarried, they all slumbered and slept.
6 And at midnight there was a cry made, Behold, the bridegroom cometh; go ye out to meet him.
7 Then all those virgins arose, and trimmed their lamps.
8 And the foolish said unto the wise, Give us of your oil; for our lamps are gone out.
9 But the wise answered, saying, Not so; lest there be not enough for us and you: but go ye rather to them that sell, and buy for yourselves.
10 And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came; and they that were ready went in with him to the marriage: and the door was shut.
11 Afterward came also the other virgins, saying, Lord, Lord, open to us.
12 But he answered and said, Verily I say unto you, I know you not.
13 Watch therefore, for ye know neither the day nor the hour wherein the Son of man cometh.

Matthew 25:14 For the kingdom of heaven is as a man travelling into a far country, who called his own servants, and delivered unto them his goods.
15 And unto one he gave five talents, to another two, and to another one; to every man according to his several ability; and straightway took his journey.
16 Then he that had received the five talents went and traded with the same, and made them other five talents.
17 And likewise he that had received two, he also gained other two.
18 But he that had received one went and digged in the earth, and hid his lord’s money.
19 After a long time the lord of those servants cometh, and reckoneth with them.
20 And so he that had received five talents came and brought other five talents, saying, Lord, thou deliveredst unto me five talents: behold, I have gained beside them five talents more.
21 His lord said unto him, Well done, thou good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord.
22 He also that had received two talents came and said, Lord, thou deliveredst unto me two talents: behold, I have gained two other talents beside them.
23 His lord said unto him, Well done, good and faithful servant; thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord.
24 Then he which had received the one talent came and said, Lord, I knew thee that thou art an hard man, reaping where thou hast not sown, and gathering where thou hast not strawed:
25 And I was afraid, and went and hid thy talent in the earth: lo, there thou hast that is thine.
26 His lord answered and said unto him, Thou wicked and slothful servant, thou knewest that I reap where I sowed not, and gather where I have not strawed:
27 Thou oughtest therefore to have put my money to the exchangers, and then at my coming I should have received mine own with usury.
28 Take therefore the talent from him, and give it unto him which hath ten talents.
29 For unto every one that hath shall be given, and he shall have abundance: but from him that hath not shall be taken away even that which he hath.
30 And cast ye the unprofitable servant into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
Matthew 25:31 When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory:
32 And before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats:
33 And he shall set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left.
34 Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world:
35 For I was an hungred, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me in:
36 Naked, and ye clothed me: I was sick, and ye visited me: I was in prison, and ye came unto me.
37 Then shall the righteous answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, and fed thee? or thirsty, and gave thee drink?
38 When saw we thee a stranger, and took thee in? or naked, and clothed thee?
39 Or when saw we thee sick, or in prison, and came unto thee?
40 And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.
41 Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels:
42 For I was an hungred, and ye gave me no meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me no drink:
43 I was a stranger, and ye took me not in: naked, and ye clothed me not: sick, and in prison, and ye visited me not.
44 Then shall they also answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, or athirst, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and did not minister unto thee?
45 Then shall he answer them, saying, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye did it not to one of the least of these, ye did it not to me.
46 And these shall go away into everlasting punishment: but the righteous into life eternal.
Matthew 13:24 Another parable put he forth unto them, saying, The kingdom of heaven is likened unto a man which sowed good seed in his field:
25 But while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat, and went his way.
26 But when the blade was sprung up, and brought forth fruit, then appeared the tares also.
27 So the servants of the householder came and said unto him, Sir, didst not thou sow good seed in thy field? from whence then hath it tares?
28 He said unto them, An enemy hath done this. The servants said unto him, Wilt thou then that we go and gather them up?
29 But he said, Nay; lest while ye gather up the tares, ye root up also the wheat with them.
30 Let both grow together until the harvest: and in the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, Gather ye together first the tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them: but gather the wheat into my barn.
Matthew 13:36 Then Jesus sent the multitude away, and went into the house: and his disciples came unto him, saying, Declare unto us the parable of the tares of the field.
37 He answered and said unto them, He that soweth the good seed is the Son of man;
38 The field is the world; the good seed are the children of the kingdom; but the tares are the children of the wicked one;
39 The enemy that sowed them is the devil; the harvest is the end of the world; and the reapers are the angels.
40 As therefore the tares are gathered and burned in the fire; so shall it be in the end of this world.
41 The Son of man shall send forth his angels, and they shall gather out of his kingdom all things that offend, and them which do iniquity;
42 And shall cast them into a furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth.
43 Then shall the righteous shine forth as the sun in the kingdom of their Father. Who hath ears to hear, let him hear.
44 Again, the kingdom of heaven is like unto treasure hid in a field; the which when a man hath found, he hideth, and for joy thereof goeth and selleth all that he hath, and buyeth that field.
45 Again, the kingdom of heaven is like unto a merchant man, seeking goodly pearls:
46 Who, when he had found one pearl of great price, went and sold all that he had, and bought it.
47 Again, the kingdom of heaven is like unto a net, that was cast into the sea, and gathered of every kind:
48 Which, when it was full, they drew to shore, and sat down, and gathered the good into vessels, but cast the bad away.
49 So shall it be at the end of the world: the angels shall come forth, and sever the wicked from among the just,
50 And shall cast them into the furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth.
51 Jesus saith unto them, Have ye understood all these things? They say unto him, Yea, Lord.
52 Then said he unto them, Therefore every scribe which is instructed unto the kingdom of heaven is like unto a man that is an householder, which bringeth forth out of his treasure things new and old.
53 And it came to pass, that when Jesus had finished these parables, he departed thence.
Matthew 24:42 Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come.
43 But know this, that if the goodman of the house had known in what watch the thief would come, he would have watched, and would not have suffered his house to be broken up.
44 Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh.
45 Who then is a faithful and wise servant, whom his lord hath made ruler over his household, to give them meat in due season?
46 Blessed is that servant, whom his lord when he cometh shall find so doing.
47 Verily I say unto you, That he shall make him ruler over all his goods.
48 But and if that evil servant shall say in his heart, My lord delayeth his coming;
49 And shall begin to smite his fellowservants, and to eat and drink with the drunken;
50 The lord of that servant shall come in a day when he looketh not for him, and in an hour that he is not aware of,
51 And shall cut him asunder, and appoint him his portion with the hypocrites: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
Matthew 5:13 Ye are the salt of the earth: but if the salt have lost his savour, wherewith shall it be salted? it is thenceforth good for nothing, but to be cast out, and to be trodden under foot of men.
So here is the question to be considered.
Jesus brought the New Covenant.
What is a person under until they receive Christ?
Wouldn’t it be the Old Covenant? They can’t receive the blessings of the New Covenant until they receive Christ, correct?
And doesn’t that apply to nations?
One day there will be the nations of them that are saved. That implies that every individual in the nations of them that are saved will be born again, a child of God, serving the Lord, under the requirements and blessing of the New Covenant.
Until there are whole nations of them that are saved, there will be only a certain number who operate under the New Covenant purchased through the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
The nation overall, with masses of people who have not received Christ, will be under the curse.
In my opinion, the United States overall is under the fulfillment of the curse clauses in the Old Covenant.
This is not something I hear discussed, so do your own thinking and decision about it.
There is obviously a lot of ungodly legislation and culture in the United States.
Disobedience brings the curse.
Individual Christians are blessed in various ways for walking in obedience to the Lord, but the nation overall, is experiencing a curse.
Deuteronomy 30:19 I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that both thou and thy seed may live:
The early colonies, in New England, covenanted with God (see the article links above), and so those are legal documents. There are legal consequences for breaking covenant.
The redemptive work of Christ did, what Jesus did on the cross, was a legal work. It was the legal remedy, to use terms we use today, to solve the problem of sin and the Fall in the garden of Eden.
We are sloppy with words nowadays, and that is by design by those who control the social narrative. The psychological warfare of the left encourages society to be sloppy with and ignorant of the consequences regarding the use of words wrongly.
Whatever the left is, whatever the progressives are, whatever the modernists are, they are not stupid. Or at least those at the upper levels controlling the narratives know what they are doing. The left understands the importance of words, and law, in some ways much better than those who oppose them.
When a nation legislates in laws contrary to the Word of God, that puts the the nation under the curse.
This is why the church cannot ignore politics. You might be born again, but is your nation under the curse of the Old Covenant because it is being run by unbelievers?
Who will determine the values of the culture?
That is the question.
The answer will have an effect on you and on your family. The culture of a nation will either reinforce the values of what you are teaching your children at home, or war against Christian values.
Voting and other legal means of resistance must be pursued. Prayer is necessary, but appropriate action as directed by the Lord is also necessary.
I Timothy 2:2 I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men;
2 For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty.
3 For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour;
4 Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.
5 For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;
6 Who gave himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time.

Christmas Gifts – Tip
Here are some thoughts about gifts.
- Get a book or video that will help someone learn about Jesus or grow in his/her Christian faith.
- If you have the opportunity to buy the same item from two different vendors, support the Christian or conservative business rather that the global oligarchical system. Use your purchasing power in line with your values.
Some ideas for either those who have everything or ideas that will benefit whole families year round, are subscriptions, or individual shows. You can contact the companies themselves with any questions on that.
These are extremely high quality Biblical or Christian-themed productions. You can get a year-long virtual subscription to view them.
Currently, at the time of this writing, The Chosen is showing on PureFlix. It took me over a year to follow someone’s suggestion to watch the series, but I have to agree with the person who recommended it, it is very good. It would be a good show to have playing in the background during the Christmas season, when maybe you have some visitors who don’t know the Lord.
On Pureflix, there are videos and resources for all ages, including some documentaries that are good for homeschoolers. It definitely would be worth the money to give a subscription as a gift. The bonus is, you would cover all age groups in a family at the same time.
These are high quality Christian-themed, Biblically-themed cartoons created by CBN. Many are in foreign languages as well. Again, this is a good thing to play when neighborhood children are over who may not know Jesus. These short 1/2 hour shows draw the relationship between a past Biblical historical event and a modern challenge a child might face. There are some available on YouTube that you can watch. I believe there is a membership where you get the newest creations by subscription.
VeggieTales and Yippee
These are available through TBN. I believe there are some videos for purchase, at least for VeggieTales. TBN has a traditional children’s cartoon/children’s showtime on Saturday mornings. You can learn more at the TBN site. TBN is a worldwide Christian television station that has programming for all ages, as well as TBN related television stations in other parts of the world and in other languages.

The Body of Christ
I Corinthians 12:12 (KJV) For as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of that one body, being many, are one body: so also is Christ.
13 For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit.
14 For the body is not one member, but many.
15 If the foot shall say, Because I am not the hand, I am not of the body; is it therefore not of the body?
16 And if the ear shall say, Because I am not the eye, I am not of the body; is it therefore not of the body?
17 If the whole body were an eye, where were the hearing? If the whole were hearing, where were the smelling?
18 But now hath God set the members every one of them in the body, as it hath pleased him.
19 And if they were all one member, where were the body?
20 But now are they many members, yet but one body.
21 And the eye cannot say unto the hand, I have no need of thee: nor again the head to the feet, I have no need of you.
22 Nay, much more those members of the body, which seem to be more feeble, are necessary:
23 And those members of the body, which we think to be less honourable, upon these we bestow more abundant honour; and our uncomely parts have more abundant comeliness.
24 For our comely parts have no need: but God hath tempered the body together, having given more abundant honour to that part which lacked.
25 That there should be no schism in the body; but that the members should have the same care one for another.
26 And whether one member suffer, all the members suffer with it; or one member be honoured, all the members rejoice with it.
27 Now ye are the body of Christ, and members in particular.
In the human body, each part of the body operates to bring health to the rest of the body.
The heart pushes blood to circulate to bring nourishment and oxygen to the rest of the body.
The lungs operate to draw in oxygen that will be transported to the rest of the body because of the action of heart to circulate blood.
The little toe would be interested in the health of the heart, because it is only through the health of the heart that it can get the oxygen and nutrients it needs.
Paul likens the body of Christ to the human body. The body parts recognize, if that sentient verb can be used to make a point, that it can only operate as it is supposed to operate. A heart will always operate as the heart. The liver will always operate as the liver. And so forth….
The body works harmoniously. When it does not, it is called dis-ease, with the dis- prefix meaning “not”, it means not-ease. The body is not at rest when it is ill.
Among mankind, with free will, there can be an attempt to try to be some other part of the body. There can be an attempt to take the place of another part of the body.
In a healthy body, when a cell gets out of line and begins to grow abnormally, that is called cancer. It is not a good thing for the cell, or the body.

Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God is one LORD
Sul Art, Attribution, via Wikimedia Commons
Deuteronomy 6:4 Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God is one LORD:
Mark 12:29 And Jesus answered him, The first of all the commandments is, Hear, O Israel; The Lord our God is one Lord:
God is one.
Truth also is one.
In other words, God’s truth, God’s reality meshes at all points…or should in our lives.
Jesus put it this way.
John 10:10 The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.
Luke 6:43 For a good tree bringeth not forth corrupt fruit; neither doth a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit.
“Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious People. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.” John Adams Link
In today’s world, there is such a tendency to piecemeal things. That default tendency, combined with a lack of knowledge of history and culture, leads us to forget that the Constitution, and the founding of this nation, grew out of a culture of deep study of classical history, of Christian ethics, of roots of the background of a “moral and religious People”.
Without going back in time and understanding original intent, the original intent can be perverted by a modernistic lens.
One way to keep things on track is to realize that The Lord Our God is One Lord.
Even if you haven’t done a lot of study of history and morals, use a think test of if this would correspond to the Lord our God is One Lord.
If it sounds good, if it is a good sound byte, but if there is stealing, destroying, evil involved, then it does not mesh with the Lord Our God is One Lord.
I John 2:15 Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him.
16 For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.
17 And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever.
Now that verse can be read at a surface level, and it can be assumed, correctly, don’t go to a brothel, take drugs, or get drunk. It can lead to little ditties like this.
“I don’t drink, smoke or chew, and I don’t go with girls that do.”
That’s commendable to the unknown author who created that ditty.
But to leave it at that can be sort of an easy way out, a lazy way of not looking at it deeper.
The world is so psychologically manipulated at this point, that to be unwilling to understand what is going on and resist it, to not be willing to take the offense strategy against it, is really to be subject to the world.
We can’t be ignorant.
The scripture The Lord Our God is One Lord was quoted above. The world, the flesh and the devil are in a trifecta against that 24/7. You have to be aware of that and counter that.
Yes, you can pray.
But you have to realize the psychological warfare. It operates at the adult level and is also directed against children.
It is ongoing, a 24/7 battle.
For example, the food you see advertised on TV or that you see on the shelves or by the cash register may not be healthy. It might lead to various problems. But you are bombarded with messages to buy it.
Through the radio, the beat of the music, the lyrics can be wrong and give the wrong message as well as literally the wrong “vibe”.
Ditto for TV and movies.
The 24/7 messages you are bombarded with, unless your saturate yourself with Christian, conservative messages and history and music and entertainment, are designed to tear away from The Lord Our God is One Lord.
The training in the school, for example, the teaching of evolution which leads the way to belief in atheism, which leads the way to no morals, which leads the way to socialism and communism to deal with a malfunctioning society because the family unit has been destroyed…it is imperative that the majority of people see these connections, adjust their lives to resist evil accordingly, and make these kinds of studies the most important thing and pass the knowledge on to their children.
This is a classic Christian education.
You will notice that the world’s voice in school has changed. First it was “no child left behind”, which, I can tell you by experience, mean others slowed down to the slowest student. Then it was “new math” where 2 + 2 = 5 and children figured out math problems by counting dots. Now it is STEM, science, technology, engineering, math.
You might say, what’s wrong with that?
There is nothing wrong with true factual science, technology, engineering, and math, per se.
I Timothy 1:8 But we know that the law is good, if a man use it lawfully;
However, the globalists of the Great Reset wants education to focus on this to the exclusion of other subjects because they want an AI world and the merging of man with machine. You will notice that Christianity and classical Christian history are no longer mentioned as being worthy of study. Creationist science is not being taught either in the public schools. There are a lot of other important topics, but society is “guided” in a certain direction mentally.
It is not enough to pray but permit transgenderism and modernism in the schools.
It is not enough to pray and then vote for a communist.
It is not enough to pray and then give your money to corporations or investment firms that invest in abortion.
A life of a Christian has to evolve at all points…food, drink, entertainment, education, livelihood, church, politics, everything, to reflect that The Lord Our God is One Lord.
I don’t believe saying something like this would have been necessary in the 1600s or 1700s. They understood that all aspects of life were to glorify God.
But today we live in a world submerged in modernism, globalism, atheism, secularism.
In today’s modern world, where so much of the world system is based on mammon, on usury, in some ways on Baal worship, where the ancient gods of old, which used to be gold and silver shrines, are now part of a technological system that we interact with on a regular basis. It is a part of the invisible, intangible world around us, and it takes ever greater discernment to see it and to know what to do about it.
The reason the left is winning the cultural war and can even outright steal elections, is because they are united. They know how to divide the conservatives and Christians. Unity is required to bring results.
I’ve mentioned this before. Prior to 2020, I did a lot of Republican calling and people would ask, who was a favorite. I would say Trump, but I would add, but the other side is very, very rabid for what they want. They may be fewer in number, but they are way more aggressive.
I haven’t changed that opinion.
We have to get beyond the microcosm of focusing on “only” certain topics, and ignoring the bigger cultural picture. If you go to church, several times a week, wonderful, but is the rest of life focused on The Lord Our God is One Lord? We cannot afford to be complacent.
The danger to Israel was when they got full, that they would forget the Lord.
Deuteronomy 8:1 (KJV) All the commandments which I command thee this day shall ye observe to do, that ye may live, and multiply, and go in and possess the land which the Lord sware unto your fathers.
2 And thou shalt remember all the way which the Lord thy God led thee these forty years in the wilderness, to humble thee, and to prove thee, to know what was in thine heart, whether thou wouldest keep his commandments, or no.
3 And he humbled thee, and suffered thee to hunger, and fed thee with manna, which thou knewest not, neither did thy fathers know; that he might make thee know that man doth not live by bread only, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of the Lord doth man live.
4 Thy raiment waxed not old upon thee, neither did thy foot swell, these forty years.
5 Thou shalt also consider in thine heart, that, as a man chasteneth his son, so the Lord thy God chasteneth thee.
6 Therefore thou shalt keep the commandments of the Lord thy God, to walk in his ways, and to fear him.
7 For the Lord thy God bringeth thee into a good land, a land of brooks of water, of fountains and depths that spring out of valleys and hills;
8 A land of wheat, and barley, and vines, and fig trees, and pomegranates; a land of oil olive, and honey;
9 A land wherein thou shalt eat bread without scarceness, thou shalt not lack any thing in it; a land whose stones are iron, and out of whose hills thou mayest dig brass.
10 When thou hast eaten and art full, then thou shalt bless the Lord thy God for the good land which he hath given thee.
11 Beware that thou forget not the Lord thy God, in not keeping his commandments, and his judgments, and his statutes, which I command thee this day:
12 Lest when thou hast eaten and art full, and hast built goodly houses, and dwelt therein;
13 And when thy herds and thy flocks multiply, and thy silver and thy gold is multiplied, and all that thou hast is multiplied;
14 Then thine heart be lifted up, and thou forget the Lord thy God, which brought thee forth out of the land of Egypt, from the house of bondage;
15 Who led thee through that great and terrible wilderness, wherein were fiery serpents, and scorpions, and drought, where there was no water; who brought thee forth water out of the rock of flint;
16 Who fed thee in the wilderness with manna, which thy fathers knew not, that he might humble thee, and that he might prove thee, to do thee good at thy latter end;
17 And thou say in thine heart, My power and the might of mine hand hath gotten me this wealth.
18 But thou shalt remember the Lord thy God: for it is he that giveth thee power to get wealth, that he may establish his covenant which he sware unto thy fathers, as it is this day.
19 And it shall be, if thou do at all forget the Lord thy God, and walk after other gods, and serve them, and worship them, I testify against you this day that ye shall surely perish.
20 As the nations which the Lord destroyeth before your face, so shall ye perish; because ye would not be obedient unto the voice of the Lord your God.
Revelation 3:14 And unto the angel of the church of the Laodiceans write; These things saith the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of the creation of God;
19 As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent.
20 Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.
We need to be continually adding to our faith in every way we can.
II Peter 1:5 And beside this, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue; and to virtue knowledge;
6 And to knowledge temperance; and to temperance patience; and to patience godliness;
7 And to godliness brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness charity.
8 For if these things be in you, and abound, they make you that ye shall neither be barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.
9 But he that lacketh these things is blind, and cannot see afar off, and hath forgotten that he was purged from his old sins.
10 Wherefore the rather, brethren, give diligence to make your calling and election sure: for if ye do these things, ye shall never fall:
As we finish one project, one goal, for ourselves, our families, our businesses, our schools, our communities, we need to keep pressing in against the modernism of the age. Have the next immersion experience ready to go…from going to church, volunteering at church, a missionary trip, a retreat, the next Christian or conservative book, the next Christian movie for kids, the next scientific study on creationism…keep pushing on at every level.
This nation was founded out of a Christian culture. We need to move back to a Christian culture that influences the world, not the other way around.

Christmas Gift Tips
If you are looking for ideas for Christmas, here are some.
Go to Samaritan’s Purse and purchase a gift in someone else’s name. If you go to their website, then to the Video Tab dropdown, there are various programs…Agriculture, Construction, Water & Hygiene and other programs…where you can donate to help someone else’s life.
Go to Samaritan’s Purse and donate to their Operation Christmas Child. The reason I pick Samaritan’s Purse over other similar programs is because they also share the gospel.
Mike Lindell has done a tremendous amount of work exposing election fraud. He also runs the https://lindellrecoverynetwork.org/
You can purchase his high quality products from him at https://mypillow.com
Alternatively, offer to serve in some way instead of buying a gift. Give a gift of time and labor in some way.
